Leica cameras are special objects, but they also happen to take good pictures.
This is the M240 with the Summicron 50 mm.
Not the ideal lens for close up portraits, maybe, but it manages to capture the atmosphere pretty well.
When you have to judge the quality of a lens, you should always check how it renders fabrics, particularly wool.
In the absence of textiles, the skin of a naked lady is an acceptable alternative...
