Sometimes you only get one shot with a model, sometimes two, but you never know when she's going to change life and hide her beautiful body forever.
That's why you always have to do your best and try to explore every aspect of her.

Mescaline is a typical example of a model I really appreciated, but never got to work with again.
The entire shooting was made exclusively with the Contax-Zeiss Sonnar T* 85mm f2.8 (a part from a few test frames with an old Pentacon), and I'm happy about my decision, because this lens does suit the subject perfectly.

Maybe I will never get to work with Mescaline any more, but I will definitely have to use this 85mm again, first because the focal length is ideal, second because the quality is top notch, and third because it works well for BW.

In the last shootings I've always been using the magical combination of 58mm and 100mm (my favourite lenses at the moment); but 85mm could really be the only lens you'll ever need to shoot nude portraits.
