I think this is the minimum amount of body you should show in a nude portrait, the frame is including the breast, but is still tight enough to leave plenty of details in the face and maximise the expression of the model.
This way you don't have only the eyes to concentrate on, like on most portraits... by the way, did you notice the beautiful eyes of Cara?
