On the iWatch, "complications" are additional informations you decide to visualise on your display every time you look at it, to keep all relevant data under control.
As far as I can see, the name is wrong, because it implies a negative connotation to all informations that interfere with the simple graphic of the watch display, and does not take into account that these informations are helpful in giving you a clear idea of what's happening at first glance.

In a similar way, every object you add in a frame can be called a "complication", the chair, the library...
All these complications are hiding or are distracting from the main subject of the picture, but are also making things more interesting and dynamic.
You can't rely on a naked body on a white wall for 100% of your pictures!

We could call them "secondary points of interest", which is longer, but more flattering.
Secondary points of interest can say something more about the subject, show us how she reacts to their presence, force the her to take new positions, and they also help us spending more time on the photo to gather all of the informations.
If you ask me, the only accessories that deserve the name "complication" in nude photography, are lingerie and underwear of any kind, as they are there to hide the hottest parts of the body, but that's just me 😊
