NFT. (Patreon)

I’ve been working on this idea lately, and studied a lot about the blockchain technology.
I’m nearly ready to drop my newly minted, first ever NFT!

I don’t know how many of my faithful followers have the slightest idea about what I’m talking about, I was ignoring the whole stuff myself just a month ago, but it was time to give it a chance and dip my feet in the cold waters of the OpenSea.

Looking at the NFT market, I get the impression it is mostly populated by fans of crypto currency and online investors playing with a new toy, with few serious and professional creators (artists, musicians, photographers).
Maybe it is time for creators to make the effort to learn how to use this new tool and see if it works for them.
Hopefully this is going to improve dramatically the quality of the contents in these marketplaces, put off the less talented people, so investors will be able to choose from genuinely valuable materials.

Everyone wants to jump on the train of crypto art nowadays, my only advise is to do your homework before starting to buy or sell: these are dangerous waters to navigate, and it is easy to waste a lot of money just on currency exchanges and gas fees.
Take your time but definitely look into the subject!

Funnily enough, what has convinced me to give the NFTs a try was a Twitter follower that asked me to buy a traditional print!!!
This will be the first digital print I’ve ever done (let alone sold), and I’m even more excited about this than about my first NFT.
That’s why I have ordered another 6 prints, along with the requested one…
I will tell you more about this as soon as they are delivered to my door.

The Bramley Apple project is evolving, until yesterday you were only allowed to rent a place in the Patreon community and enjoy more contents, in the future you will be able to buy and own a piece of my dream, as an analog or a digital asset.

I will try to involve most of the models in this NFT business, and I'm going to reserve a percentage on any sale to them, as long as they are prepared to be payed in Ethereum... 😅
