This picture was easily an exercise of how much of my own bullshit I'm willing to put up with. I loved working on it, I hated working on it, just goddamn. Shading is a monster, coloring is a monster, highlights are a monster -- this is a mess but omfg I'm kind of okay with how it came out.

This'll likely have dialogue when it goes out next week, but the concept is Luke wished for gold and got it in spades. ... Should have specified he -didn't- want it liquefied. >__>;

My friend GZ told me all about how this would work realistically and it kept me hella invested. Apparently there's a LOT of steam involved in this kind of torture! Go figure. :D

I know darker stuff isn't everyone's forte, so I tagged it for torture just in case! I missed doodling darker things though so ayy
