Same commissioner~ Though this time Aedei has shifted into short-haired Luke, and he seems to bear some rather troubling news for our anonymous boy! (Grish feeds and swells off of emotion, and Aedei feeds off of almost all negativity - panic is pretty negative, human wise; it's not something you want to have in your stomach if you're freaking out, tl;dr.)
