[Com] Float Heals (Patreon)

This was an October request for MetalheadPKMN of their chocobo OC after getting puffed with helium and used as a parade float despite not quite being one~! On the bright side, a big balloon bird is pretty thematic, so I'm sure they understand the mixup. 8>
