I think you got the release names backwards in your post, since Swamp is this month and Caves is next month

Karl Ripka

man I was way off...

I only see swamp files, or i can't find the new caves files ^^"

The cave isn't out yet. This is just a preview. It is scheduled for next month

Ray Dwigans

how do you lose a cave?

Anonymous

I can't wait to paint these!

These look great! Is the mind flyer supposed to be mind flayer, or is it spelled that way to avoid licensing issues?

castnplay

The second one. But we're changing it to be a "Mind Eater" instead in the release next week. Cheers!

Will these all have a few poses each like your other releases? If so this might be my favorite set you've made.

castnplay

Some have several poses (minions) and all the bigger ones have modular bits that can be swapped. We're doing less poses now and more unique models per a lot of different requests. Still trying to find that sweet spot :)

For me 3 poses is the magic number. IT lets me use a model as a troop unit which means instead of printing it once, I print it a dozen or more times. :d

I loved the leveled versions of the heroes, even if they didn't actually have the level reference like in the magma set. It created a progression in armor and stuff which was cool. But I really like the modular bits that can customize the models. Especially because I've been playing with magnets to make them more dynamic and swappable.

its godzilla but due to international copyright laws its not godzilla....... but it is.......

nice one looking forward to them :)

I appreciate you trying things and mixing it up. Personally, I really like the multiple poses over swappable parts as the awesome dynamic poses you make generally lend themselves much more to one particular set of hands/weapons. Something like Gharoth Smartkiller Ogolanathi (from the Mount Magma set) with 3 different poses, each with slight variations on the weapons would probably be my ideal.

Absolutely loving this, will make a great D&D taster session theme for my october sunday. Truly awesome stuff.

Sooo when are we going to get back to ‘full’ models and not modular?
