We've just uploaded to the archive the Half-Elf Ranger in all 3 levels.

What do you think of having hero minis in different levels? Is this something you're into? should we keep doing more classes and races?

While I love the idea of having an evolving set of characters, what I would find interesting would be to finally have a set of all PHB races with every PHB class. Of course, that's quite the undertaking. We're talking 9 core races * 12 core classes which would mean 108 different models (quite an insane amount, even if you started combining similar ones, mainly half elf + elf and wizard + sorcerer). Could be an idea as a bigger project however!

Exactly! The idea is to release 1 or 2 a month to eventually have them all. It is a ton of work, but we’re in no rush here :)
