**SLIGHTLY TIPSY HEADPHONE WARNINGS**  

In my efforts to keep just popularity from determining the poll results, I constructed a complicated means of determining the advancement of the Top 32 to the "Sweet 16" -- but was this experiment successful?   

This round made me dig out the sweet "adult" cream to add to my coffee...but next week might just have wine-chan coming out of retirement!  Let's talk this round and your thoughts on who advanced and the fallen!

None of my nominees have made it out of the 32 😔 – such is life. Now I’m just going to be watching the chaos from the sidelines and cheering on some darlings. That Whiteboard-kun reveal was on par with the Yarichin B Club manga one. 😂 In a bunch of the match-ups I ended up voting for both candidates since they were in different sets! So my conscience is as clear as the Blue Lake. 🥰 If I was reviewing the methodology – I’d point to the significant overall vote disparity – just from the bits I could make out on the board, it looks to be 75+ more overall votes in the husbando half. Nearly a 10% difference – more than enough to skew any method. Looking forward to next week! I'll have a drink and a pastry ready for that one. 😂💙

In the Shinah (Yona of the Dawn) vs Kagami (Kuroko no Basket) round, you said "sometimes punching people also counts as physical affection" and I couldn't help but laugh because no later than this morning (I watched your video in the late afternoon) I was reminded of a series — you never mentioned in on your channel I think but just in case, I won't tell you the name to not spoil anything — where slapping a character is literally considered a marriage proposal lol so that's fair! Plus my boy Kagami is definitely caring so he 100% deserved to win this round. Jujutsu Kaisen got a lot of love in this year's Husbando & Waifu competition, but honestly, considering the categories, I don't think any of the characters are unworthy of being part of the sweet 16! Here's to the elite 8! (although I already know our finalists, it is very entertaining to see how you react to it all haha)

Ahhhh nooooo I hate that! But yeah now you get to watch the chaos unfold!! AHAHA I'm glad the Whiteboard-kun reveal was on par with the Yachirin B-Club one -- you should see my original YanuYaoi entry for Sex Pistols/Love Pistols....THAT whiteboard-kun reveal...I was unhinged that reaction and discussion! And yeah, sadly, the Husbandos received more votes than the Waifus, so it does mess with the methodology....a bit. -_- I wish it had been more even in that regard! But what can we do?! Kagami SO deserved the win, but that's VERY intriguing about that series -- I don't know any that has that, so I'm curious if it comes up eventually on the channel! And yes, the JJK love was STRONG this year but not undeserving! I'm very...ahem...excited to get to the Sweet Sixteen and the Elite 8!
