**I'M FINE! IT'S FINE! THERE ARE HEADPHONE WARNINGS**

Last season, we wrapped everything up with a nice little bow and a sweet kiss of a tease for Season 2...this season? We end in shambles, an unknown time skip, dozens of unanswered questions, and not only our protagonist stripped of his innocence, but so much misunderstanding!

And a few years until season 3, huh? **Nervous Laugh** I'll be fine. Fine, I tell you. SURE. **sweats** Where's that manga?

as for the Yuki Geto ideal, they are all aiming the same goal: No curse spirit. And there are only 2 solution to stop the cause (the jujutsu society's way can't solve it at all, which Yuki said they only treat the symptoms). 1. Get rid of all curse energy 2.Make everyone sorcerer Geto and originally Yuki picked option 2, using different methods, and now Yuki is thinking about option 1 again. Which is pretty sad for Geto, if he live long enough to get Mahito for himself, Geto might have a chance to make everyone sorcerer without killing all monkeys.

Your Choso cosplay is awesome, and the Itadori-coded cup just adds an extra layer for it 🤣 But yeah, wigs are *hard* to style. Think you did a good job though, but it is now making me want a slice-of-life episode where Itadori brushes down Choso's hair and puts it into little buns 🥺😆 For Brain-kun taking the essence of Mahito a thought did pop into my head. Itadori coldly said how he'd kill Mahito over and over no matter the form he took. so that gives me hope that in the future we'll get to see Itadori defeat the essence of Mahito. For the final episode starting out with the OP I immediately went "Oh boy, it's gonna be one of *those* episodes!" 😅 Tsukumo's top looks like a qipao/cheongsam-style blouse, i.e. a Mandarin collar, one-piece garment with asymmetric fastening. It could be another nod to making reference to curses etc. on a global scale, or just a fitting look for her character considering Geto had described her to basically always flitting about the place. With Brain-kun's comment it makes me wonder then if Junpei's technique was awakened by Mahito's technique, or if Mahito used a similar technique to what Brain-kun did to all these people. Also considering the technique to awaken the people he marked was Mahito's technique (Idle Transfiguration) does that mean that Brain-kun's plan always required him to absorb Mahito's essence? Though it does make more sense now as to why Mahito and Brain-kun had that whole discussion about souls and bodies whilst Gojo was being enclosed in the Prison Realm, rather than they just randomly had such existential conversations normally. The orchestral music was perfect for the unleashing of curses, but Kusakabe's reaction was my favourite. He was just like "Eff my life right now. You're really gonna go and give me even *more* work?!" 😂 I can understand why they feel announcing the cursed spirits only appear in Tokyo as they're currently dealing with a vicious circle. The cursed spirits were released and increasing numbers of people and places were having to be evacuated but no definitive reason was given. The lack of explanation could increase the populace's negative emotions which in turn could spawn more cursed energy and create even more cursed spirits. Akutami's version of Grand Fisher took it to a whole other level on the horror show. Beyond creepy. We definitely know some time has passed but Tsukumo is still in Tokyo because that glimpse we get of her on the bridge talking to someone she's wearing a different outfit. Her jeans might be the same, but she's now wearing what seems to be a plain dark short-sleeve t-shirt. Or it's a little continuity error for the overworked animating team...😅 I realised when watching your reaction that Itadori's little ritual at the end (potentially because of the silence, Itadori's expression, and how he was holding himself) it kind of made me think of a prayer ritual. Two claps is a common part of prayer I believe at Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines, but there's usually bowing and purifying before that as well. Just his movements of rubbing his hands together felt very ritualistic. Also Itadori's now no longer wearing the Jujutsu Tech uniform. He's got a dark hoodie instead of a gakuran and there is a little nod to the red hood that Gojo had requested for Itadori's uniform in the form of the elastic tie to tighten the hood 🥺 Definitely had a similar feeling with the end of this season as I did when Shingeki no Kyojin Season 1 ended and manga readers were sniggering away about "the basement" 😂 I do like how there is a reason for the focus being in Japan (more curses and more jujutsu sorcerers) because honestly it's an annoyance for me in some TV series or movies where there's been a massive accident/apocalyptic event or that there are fantastical creatures, and yet it solely focuses on it happening in one country and not giving us even a glimpse of how the rest of the world are dealing with it. It is more common for the one country to be the USA but I have seen some that the UK or some European countries are the sole focus and you don't get to see (or even get a mention) about the rest of the world. I feel like the idea that they'll all be malevolent now they've awoken their powers/abilities could be a nod towards the idea that all humans have the inherent ability to be evil to one another, and having power can be a trigger for a lot of people to abuse said power. The other thing that came to mind was Brain-kun may have specifically chosen people, like Junpei, who don't have reason to like or trust others. Or if part of his "preparations" involved tweaking them in some manner so that they're more likely to chose violence etc. Brain-kun talking about the annulled pacts honestly terrified me, because (from my understanding) that means he could gain the benefit from making a pact without having to keep his side of the bargain just by switching to another body. So, for example, if he got something and in return made a pact to never use said information or item or whatever on the person who gave it to him but then changed bodies, then he'd no longer be bound to never use said thing against that person. For the one's in the boardroom-looking place, considering how they reacted to the decision of announcing the existence of cursed spirits alongside them trying to figure out the whereabouts of the Prime Minister etc., makes me think that they could be just part of the Diet (Japan's governing body) and not jujutsu society. I would imagine at the higher levels of power within human society they'd be aware of jujutsu society and what all they do (hence why jujutsu sorcerers are able to go to crime scenes and take over from the police like Nanami and Itadori did with the kids Mahito killed in the cinema back in Season 1). I did chuckle to myself that when talking about places with the infrastructure to house displaced people at one point they show Tokyo Station (the red brick building). Mainly because we've just gone through the destruction of Shibuya, including it's large train and bus station (and it's underground) and now you potentially want to put Tokyo Station at risk too?? 🤣 Though it definitely feels like Akutami has thought a bit more in-depth on political infrastructure both for normal everyday people and those with cursed energy than what we typically get in a lot of shounen. Also when they talked about Kasumigaseki it's the main cabinet offices for the government in Japan. Basically because of the evacuations and curses they no longer have a functioning government like before to try and make better decisions for the populace. Tomb of the Star Corridor honestly made me think of Tengen because, if I remember correctly, Tomb of the Star is what Geto referred to the place he brought Amanai and had his fight with Toji. And also considering it's in relation to barriers, which Brain-kun said Tengen was responsible for back in Season 1 on the beach when discussing their group's infiltration of Jujutsu Tech. I did ship Inumaki and Okkotsu a little since the movie but Rika definitely needs in there. Also whilst watching your reaction I realised something about this potential polycule: Rika's got no legs, and Inumaki's got no arms...😶 Yaga now having to be added to the Board of Gay Yearning, and also potentially homophobic higher-ups, was not on my bingo card for ending this season! 🤣

Sad to see the end of JJK season 2, but the journey of cosplaying has been fun—You look great! The makeup for this and Mahito were especially good. I cosplayed as Choso last year and had the HARDEST time with the wig (…and the entire outfit honestly). I’m impressed Choso can style it like that. Can’t wait to see your other cosplays if you keep doing it in the future! Loved the insight into the Brain and Yuki Tsukumo through their back-and-forth (although mainly from brain!). It was nice pausing the action of these later episodes for talking and information, even if it leaves much to be answered. The ost (and lack of it in moments) added a LOT to the suspense and horror of this episode. It felt like the beginning of a horror movie! Saying that, but the piano tracks have also been beautiful this season in every scene they’re in. I don’t comment much on patreon, but looking forward to whenever you get around to the manga!

That little Yuta sneak in, in the opening was nice. But…so Fake-Geto absorbing Mahito was the worst case scenario lol Tying in from last episode I find it interesting how Geto had his cursed technique for over 20 years and didn’t know that techniques from higher grade cursed spirits could get extracted with Uzumaki, it makes you think how much hidden potential other cursed techniques have. When Fake-Geto mentioned he tried to evolve humans or usage of cursed energy himself but it failed, I like how it's visually showing Choso, so he was probably talking about the death paintings. I wonder how Megumi is going to react in finding out Tsumiki will get a Cursed Technique…I imagine he doesn’t want her involved in the Jujutsu World at all. Everything has gone to shit, everything literally did collapse with Gojo's sealing xD Yuta is back! Though it’s not favorable that he wants to kill Yuji, I can totally understand why, he comes back from Africa, finds out Panda was almost crushed by a meteor, Inumaki lost his arm because of Sukuna and Maki has been burnt to a crisp…I wouldn’t be happy either and we know how much he cares for his friends. At the end, Yuji isn’t wearing his Jujutsu Uniform, a new outfit change maybe indicating his development at the end of this season? They also already announced a third season, no details, but it’s confirmed! Oh and if you want some wholesomeness to cope with what happened this season, I recommend the two (or one, I don’t quite remember) voice dramas, they are fun and take place in season 1 ^^

Thank you for the kind words and comment!! And cosplaying was SO much fun for this season - definitely will do it in the future! And AHHH, that’s awesome you cosplayed as Choso, too! Yes, finding a good wig that doesn’t cost…an arm and a leg…is crazy! And yes, it was nice to have SOME exposition given to us at last, but still ALLLL the questions, haha! I need more! :P Overall, I really liked the season, but like you said, the sound design was EPIC! It was so well done throughout! Thank you again – I’m EXCITED to start the manga this spring as we go on our hiatus! 🙂HUZZAH!

Right?! And Here I thought it was Kusakabe – oh the reversal hahaha! I also hate that Brain-Kun absorbed Mahito! Booo! I’m also terrified of the potential that Geto didn’t even realize about himself in all this! Thanks for the recommendation about the audio dramas - if I need some JJK fixes between now and season 3, I will likely be getting to them down the road! 😀 Thanks for the kind words and comments!
