**SNEAKY HEADPHONE WARNINGS**

Isayama doesn't let up with this volume as we crossover from Season 4 Part 1 to Season 4 part 2 -- Zeke and Eren show some skin (for all the fan service), the gore and violence reach new peaks, Falco confesses to Gabi (and shows more emotional maturity than half our adult ensemble), and Eren's seemingly mysterious as Zeke believes he can trust him and our crew wonders what to trust with Eren...if anything at all.

Oh, and Yelena's crazy and has some glorious panels...but what else is new?

Thank you for watching with me and for all the support!

I almost never discuss Eren's actions as if he can see the future, it doesn't really enhance the arguments one can have around what he is doing and the morality of them. Also not a single other character in the story knows this (until Zeke later) and can themself grapple with what this entails, it all becomes a bit esoteric at that point. I have no problem saying Eren is the villain (whatever that means in this story) at this point, one can argue that he has good reasons, that he is well written and interesting but that just makes him a good villain. I think that sometimes there is a difficulty for some to... let's say analyze characters they really like, whether it be Walter White, Silco or anyone else doing awful things but being captivating and entertaining while doing it. I'm on Hange's side, genocide is a line we don't cross, because if we do, my brain goes all analytical and mathematical. Then we have one side with 99,9% of the worlds population and another side with 0.1%, but infected with a parasite that randomly gives one of them the power to destroy the planet. It becomes an easy choice for me then, but i would prefer if they all just sit down and sing Kumbaya together instead. The titan powers perhaps aren't the most consistent in how they are portrayed but i think it mostly been shown as needing someone to draw blood and for any injuries not to have started (titan) healing, so Eren transforming in that situation atleast to me seem lore friendly.

That's a fair point about Eren and the future -- I'm glad you said that! I'll have to make note of it (for volumes after 30). And yes, he's well-written as a character but definitely villainous. I'm on Hange's side as well! I would prefer sitting down together as well! Thank you for the comment! It's all downhill now! :)

What? Isayama must have cooked up a really sweet and happy ending for us, one where all of our tears will be tears of joy... i'm sure of it. Might have made that joke before 😉, but hey, things can always change because god knows this anime/manga can make you "forgive" some characters that have done truly awful things, like -insert your favourite characters here-.

Yeah, there is no telling where this story is going to go from here but at this point, I'm assuming that anything could happen....that crazy thing is we'll find out soon! #_#
