If you trace the origins of OTGW you can see how it was the end result of 15+ years of talent development within Cartoon Network. It's the beautiful consequences of a network investing in it's people and fostering mentoring relationships.

The moment in "Lullaby in Frogland" when George Washington (Ben Franklin?) starts to sing is one of my favorite cartoon moments of all time. It was the moment when I realized I was watching something really special.
