**PURPOSEFUL HEADPHONE WARNINGS**  

This episode went by so darn fast and I'm so impatient for next week!  I'm so shocked at how involved Sverkel has ended up becoming in this mess, but so happily surprised at the reappearance of everyone's favorite antagonist from season 1 -- the dynamic between Thorfinn, Canute, and how they internalize the "voices" of the men they once and maybe still hate -- it's FASCINATING!   

Of COURSE this episode ends up being a big ol' tease, but there's still so much to talk about! I can't wait to hear your thoughts as well!

the end was so hype for me, and very nostalgic to see a glanse of old thorfinn skill with this new thorfinn, closer to thors. without the daggers. Snake does rememeber them, snake does care about grandpa, snake does feel for his men to the point of him "criying himself to sleep", Now a new interesting side of snake, as grandpa says, that sword its not from there, in fact (HISTORY SPOILER???) its closer to an eastern european one, a shamshir. so what its the background of him?. he is a contradictory and mysterious guy. Can thorfinn take more info from him in this fight? Also I´m happy that they stopped just as the fight begins, so they give more resources and the time it needs for the climax. btw makoto yumikura has stated that he finds that the most expressive part of the human body are the hands, he finds them hard to make but also his favorite part to tell the story and state of the character. he says that you get more from the hands of their characters than their faces. In the manga I can atleast say, his drawing of hands are insanely detailed, considerably more than the anime already, so you get an idea
