Oooohhh, oh ho ho! So, this series has decided to take flight and I'm here for it!

The mystery, intrigue, and suspense are picking up as Dr. Tenma makes a new friend in newspaper manager Maurer, and Nina decides to "meet up" with the mysterious "prince on the white horse" that's been trying to make contact with her!

SO much mystery, symbolism, and character parallels ALREADY...and only six episodes in...this episode has me SOLD on the series, for sure!

Nina continues with her streak of being way too trusting: Now, she not only went to a secluded castle at night, by herself at the request of someone she doesn't know, but once there and even after a scare by that worker, she ran off into the car of yet another guy she doesn't know, who hasn't bathed for days, who seems worked up and ranting about stuff she doesn't know and keeps calling her by a name she doesn't identify by. It's Tenma so we know it's fine, but she doesn't... It's a wonder how she made it to her 20th birthday. But then she pulled those self defense moves... Perhaps she's her own prince in a white horse. P.S. The ED does change from time to time. Just something to keep in mind.

I'm definitely going to keep an eye on the ED from here on in -- that was SO spooky! And yeah, the 90's were clearly a different time -- you'd think "stranger danger" was still a thing, but the way her parents act, she seems like she might be somewhat sheltered by her foster parents. Still, though, those self defense skills must be what's kept her okay all this time -- I know if I were in her shoes, there'd be SO many red flags going off. Then again, her trauma has affected her mentally, so there's that, too. @__@ Thanks for the comment!

Oh wow, I just realized that the VA of the counselor guy is the same VA of Askeladd (as well as Light's dad from DN?). I miss Askeladd

yeah it is cool just like when I recently found out the VA of Thors is the same VA of Bond from Spy x Family! BORF!
