**POSSIBLE HEADPHONE WARNING**

This was by far Hak's volume! The battle with Ri Hazara and Ying Kuelbo is getting underway, as Yona's been captured, the dragons are seemingly at the Kai Empire's mercy, and a man who is a warrior one only sees "once a thousand years" proves his worth on the battlefield (with some sage strategic wisdom from...)! 

This volume went by so fast, but I just need Kusanagi to give us nice things again: no dragons fighting amongst each others, Hak to be okay, and for Yona and Yun to escape the clutches of the Kai Empire...not too much to ask, right?

TBH the first time I read this volume, I can't help but cry coz seeing dragons fighting each other broke my heart that time 😭🤧. Your reaction to Kuelbo made me laugh though.. I feel you when you said he's kinda Hak but in a bad way... that was so true hahaha! I also cried for Hak because you can see / feel his determination / motivation to save his friends and Yona to the point of he have to fight alone for their sake was very amazing. Hands up and down to our Top Husbando! I love also the scene of Soo Won and Hak being like partners in crime... you know NGL, some part of my heart wants them to be a couple hahaha but of course my OTP would always be HakxYona... but I love the scene so much and I would agree with you that Hak really love Soo Won. 🤧🤧🤧. Whew! What a great friday thanks to you Romania. Looking forward to the next volume. Have you read it already?

Hak’s volume indeed! I felt so bad for him; going through his uncertainty as a leader, working to save his friends and the woman he loves, while also acknowledging his use of his former friend’s plans — and yesss, Kuelbo is the “darker” version of Hak and I don’t like him! I don’t like seeing the dragons against each other, either! :( And of course it’s Jea-ha going along the most…ugh! >.< And I’m the biggest HakYona shipper, but The SooHak ship is strong as well! It’s such a struggle! And noooo, I’ve been out of town this weekend, so I haven’t read volume 30 yet! :) But I’m excited to! I don’t want any hype for it — but I’m sure it’ll be good! Yona with those high kicks. You go girl. I like that Yona and her fighting gets to shine in this arc again. The amount of times we get to see Hak hug someone the last few volumes is making me so happy. That panel of Kija and Jae-ha (34:09) is so good. Maybe one of my favourites in the series. It hurts so good. I will never shut up about that Soo-won/Hak scene. Them making strategies together and now Hak using one. Yes, they would have been so strong on the same side. It kinda makes me sad that Soo-won doesn't get to see how much Hak is fighting for Kouka right now.

Yesss! Our girl getting those kicks in! I love that all her training is being put to use in these arcs, even if I'm anxious about the circumstances she's in! I will ALWAYS love seeing Hak hugging people and seeing him and Soo-won's dynamic explored more! It's sooo good but so heartbreaking! Why can't we have nice things and have them be together? :( I wish Soo-won could see Hak fighting for Kouka toooooo! :') On the plus side, yes, Kusanagi feeds our Jae-ha x Kija ship and I'm HERE FOR IT.
