Our protagonists lick their wounds as the climax of the season is set up: flashbacks are had, foreshadowing is present, and death flags are out as we head back to the Giant Trees!  

Probably the most low-key episode of the series so far...but uhm...we've established that a low-key episode means that the episodes to come are going to be crazy, and with that set up of our "teen titans" all together...the episodes to come should be INSANE, and I'm SO hyped for it!

Hannes was getting me in the FEELS this episode -- I really like his character, but super worried for him now. And ooooh....we're in the endgame of Season 2, now. *buckles in* Thank you for the well wishes; my sanity will need it!

RIGHT?! Maybe with a little more fervor there, but ever since the ending of Episode 25 of Season One when Eren was eating his meal, that parallel hasn't been lost on me...a sign of resolve, huh? @_@

I forgot there was this low key episode in here. Next couple episodes are what I’ve been waiting for. So excited. They stuff a lot into these last few episodes. Which I honestly like a lot more than spending like 5 episodes on each fight. This really is a great season. Can’t wait to see your reaction to the finale too 😁

I'm so late for this! but yeah, the last act of the season is finally here! can't wait for your next reactions. Btw, I don't remember if you noticed it, but Hannes' voice actor for this season is the one and only Kenjiro Tsuda, no wonder the awesomeness in his expressions (although Fujiwara (RIP) did an incredible job the first season as well). Anyways, really excited for your next theories and discussion :)

OMG, YESSSSS -- I mentioned in the discord that I found this out and I'm going to have to talk about it in an upcoming reaction, but YES! I noticed my man Tsuda is now voicing Hannes -- honestly, the transition was really smooth (RIP Fujiwara) and it's not distracting. But I'm really biased towards Tsuda, so there's that. :) And I can't believe we're in the end game of Season Two ALREADY! I'm so excited! Thank you for the kind words and comment!

I completely forgot about this episode. Erwin doing nothing? Never XD And of course as soon as Jean is back he has to go through pain again. This boy can't have happiness. I feel like they animated Armin so pretty this episode. I just remembered in episode 10 of season 1 after Eren transformed, to protect Armin and Mikasa, we saw the reactions of the ones that don't know what is going on but they only zoomed in on Reiner's face and he was the first one to go on the roof followed by Annie and Berthold. And just after that Jean followed too. I love this foreshadowing, that you wouldn't notice before the reveals. It's so good. Wish you a wonderful day!!

Hahahaha, I love how everyone's like, "Oh? This low key episode? Oh yeah..." before everything goes down! Yeah, Erwin would never just sit around not doing anything! And Jean...right?! Jean needs a hug, always. The animation on Armin WAS really beautiful this episode! I love how he and Mikasa looked in their scenes with Hannes. OH MY GOSH -- I went back and re-watched parts of Episode 10, and YEAH! Jean notices Eren's transformation first, because the conversation was with him, but the next two to notice are Annie and Reiner! And the panic zeroes in on REINER and he and Annie and Bertholdt are first on the scene behind Jean...OH MY GOSH....Wow....what a catch! Thank you and have a wonderful day, too! :D
