Between the questioning of leadership, the original "plan" being altered, and THAT CLIFFHANGER, this episode is just adding more coal to the fire! And more gray hairs to my head...

I totally agree with that Jean and Armin could be good leaders. Since Mikasa is calm, I think she's good at executing orders but I can't see her giving orders and making plans. I really like that they showed us how panicked the 'Levi squad' can get. Yes, they may be strong but they're still humans who are afraid of dying like everybody else is too. Wish you a wonderful day!!

Yessss, I can't see Mikasa strategically planning, but she could be like the Levi to Armin/Jean, in carrying out those plans or helping to guide others. And YES! A very underated episode for sure in the AoT community. Something I love about this episode is the small character interactions and their thoughts on what is going on.. we are pretty much the recruit scouts in terms of knowledge of what is going on so it's cool to see armin brainstorm on what could be happening and what is the commanders goal. But my favorite part about this episode is that look in Levi's eyes at the end were while everyone is in panic you can see his trust in Erwin/Plan. I don't think he looks behind him even once, such a badass. Ps: super excited for Tuesday as next episode is my favorite of the season!

I love seeing Armin brainstorming! And to see all the pieces of the chess board getting put into place! And yessss, Levi's calm, cool trust in Erwin! No, he didn't look back! And I love Levi for it! And ooooooh, yes, Episode 19 is SUCH a good one! I can't wait, either!
