Oh ho ho, this episode was SO MUCH FUN! This was classic Shonen, and I love any moment our sweet weretiger shares screen time with our angsty tsundere! I'd say, "Now KISS," but there's Fitzgerald to deal with, and he is shaping up to be a fantastic antagonist in this show! I'm so excited for the season finale!

2021-10-19 03:24:13 If Chuuya & Dazai are opposites attract, then these two are the definition of birds of a feather flock together. They are SO alike yet their few differences make it harder for them to accept the obvious similarities between them. Dazai telling Kyoka like “only 35” was kind of funny because here’s this girl torturing herself for killing so many people and Dazai’s like “I can do that in a day” 😂😂 Oh my God you said something in this reaction that got me like… “SHE KNOWS!” 😂😂😂 I cant wait until you consciously realize and I can remind you of this video 😛😂 I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE MOVIE AND S3! I am excited yet sad that we are rapidly approaching the ending :( Hopefully we get S4 soon!

Your analysis of E.A.Poe is so good! I don't have much knowledge of American writers even if I've read most of mentioned books, so it's real nice to listen to. I'm not as stoked up for Atsushi and Akutagawa, but yeeah the season end is fabulous.

Oh thank you!! I'm a fan of Edgar Allen Poe, so I'm super happy there's a character with his likeness in this show! :D Hahaha, I have a soft spot for Atsushi and Akutagawa, that is SO my own agenda! :P The season finale is one of my favorite episodes in the series with a looooong discussion, so I hope y'all are ready to hear me RAMBLE! Yesss, you described Chuuya/Dazai and Atsushi/Akutagawa perfectly! ^^ And yesss, Dazai's all, "35? Girl, I killed more than that at my 10th Birthday party." His advice of not being self-loathing really takes on a new level with Kyouka. Oooohhhh!! I can't wait to see what that moment is! :D :D And YES, I cannot WAIT for next week and then the OVA, Movie, and season 3! I've debated catching up with the manga and then reacting to the remaining manga? If we don't get a season 4? I'm not ready to end Bungo Stray Dogs! @.@

Dazai hanging up hurted a bit. I felt so bad for Akutagawa, he was so happy in that moment. Fitzgerald's Ability is so simple but it makes sense and is also strong. When I first watched this season I wasn't really much interested in Fitzgerald till this episode. I love when they bring the theme "I just want to protect the people I love, but they have people they love too." up. It makes me much more emotional because I feel for both sides. Akutagawa finally understanding Atsushi was so needed. When they were facing in the opposite direction I felt that. XD It was so awkward. Sometimes in your reactions you say something that has me like "HOW? Did she watched it really for the first time?" XD I LOVE the OVA. I'm really excited you're there soon. I DO genuinely feel bad for Akutagawa -- the poor man just needs a hug, darn it! And YES, Fitzgerald's power is so perfect! I don't know how I didn't catch on sooner! And the show's theme of "who is the bad guy...or is there a TRUE bad guy" continues -- Fitzgerald's tears for his lost daughter...you get it. You get why he's pursuing what he is...so there's that. But we also have a city to protect, and root for our boys. And YES! Akutagawa finally recognizing the similarity he shares with Atsushi! And yessss, the awkward corners of the elevator! So wonderfully awkward! Oooohhhh, I'm curious what I've gotten that you and Melanie are referring to...but I'm really excited to see what it is! :D And oooooh, yes, so excited for the OVA and the movie, for sure!
