NO. 6 - Manga vs. Anime Reaction Poll! (Patreon)

Hey all! In a few weeks, I am going to start on Tuesday to look at the series, No. 6! It's been heavily recommended and now that I am caught up with the Twittering Birds Never Fly and Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun manga, I have Tuesdays open. 

The question is: Do I just read the manga? Just watch the anime? Both?
