This episode was a gut punch of feels, especially because I have been all on board with Prince's character and seeing him finally get his resolve and payoff....and Haiji's trembling lip at the end?! UGH. Just. All the feels this episode!

This episode warms your heart.... Kakeru truly smiling and laughing with this team. And becoming less socially awkward. Prince. OH PRINCE! His journey is one of the better ones in this anime. FORWARD, always look forward. Haiji's quivering lip and then then scene going out of focus through his tears (the feels hit). Each one of his teammate made the journey and reached their goal, which I think for him is more important than his personal dream. The emotions of this show, the highs, the lows. This is why i love it! And the OST only adds to the emotional impact.

It has been SUCH a rewarding journey so far, seeing both Kakeru and Prince's strides as characters -- and I love the idea of "forward" -- whether it was keeping his sight forward when running (which Kakeru was practicing with him) or just focusing on moving forward from your past (*cough cough* Kakeru)....ugh....I almost cried when I saw Haiji's lip tremor...I'm glad the episode ended there, or I would have been a mess. Haiji has been shown to see a lot of his own struggle with running again presented through Prince, and to see Prince succeed? UGH. It just hit me! And yes, the soundtrack of this show is just *chef's kiss*
