King-san is under pressure, Shindo is the MOST ADORABLE tipsy, and the first track meet slowly draws closer...it's so fun seeing this group develop and grow together!

Now let's hope Haiji's new training rule doesn't ruin King's commitment to the team!

Thanks for watching! I'm uploading Full Length episodes a week early than the YouTube edited ones. I appreciate the support!

What I love is how grounded the situations are for the characters and how real life affects them in different ways. For King right now getting a career is important, and for him Haiji's dream is Haiji's not his. He is frustrated and anxious about his future and he feel that Haiji does not get it. The OST is soooo good.

YES! I love that King's reasons are justified in this episode -- it's just heartbreaking because you want to root for Haiji's plan and for these underdogs to come together as a racing team! I'm definitely excited for the resolution (hopefully) for next episode and King. ^^

So, glad you're fully invested in the show now. You can see why I love it, the characters just pull you into the story. As the viewer you can relate to how they feel and you can see both sides of the issues they face.

YES! I can definitely see how the characters just pull you in -- and the fact that the storyline is a bit more mature than just high school; I love that they're delving into real character issues with this story! I have a feeling this show is going to tug at my heart strings by the end of it.

I always get a lil emotional when I hear Nico say that running makes him feel ‘clean’. It’s such a beautiful way of summing up what running can be for people like him. His interactions with Yuki are always golden. You can tell that they are the few who have been here the longest and have gotten to a really comfortable relationship with each other. Nico has such a gentle presence about him and it’s wonderful to see that a person like Yuki really does care for him and admire him in a way. I love that you are liking Yuki as he’s certainly one of my favourites of the 10! Why does Haiji consistently steal the episode every single time?! This man’s power! The talk of ‘chosen ones’ correlates soo much with where his mind is at right now. He has the dream and passion and he finally has his 10 that he needs ... but his team needs to face the reality (*cough* just like he had to *cough*) that they are a long way from their goal. But it doesn’t mean that just because they aren’t chosen ones doesn’t mean they can’t push through that reality. SHIIIIINNNNDOOOO my lightweight boiiiiii!! I have a real fondness for his VA (seriously his roles are soo varied and he is incredibly talented) so I instantly latched on to him as soon as I heard his voice 😄 his drunken speech is soo sincere and the bow at the end is just *HEART SQUEEZE* again can’t wait for you to see more from him Oh King... I always found him difficult to grasp at first in the early episodes but there such subtle character work happening that it’s wonderful to see it with multiple viewing. Basically my commentary every episode is just me gushing and getting excited at you delving more into these 10 beautiful boiiiiiiiss

Oh my gosh, I think we're all going to be GUSHING about these 10 by the end of this series!! Shindo's voice actor being Tsukishima from Haikyuu!! is what made this all the more heartfelt -- Tsukishima is so quiet in Haikyuu, that seeing Shindo being so openly expressive was wonderful! King is hard for me to grasp now, but it's good to know that subtle things are at work here...I'm very intrigued to see where it goes for him. And yes, I love Yuki's persistent reluctance to be on the track team, but with him interacting with Nico, I can see him getting drawn more and more to the team...and I love it! And HAIJI....aaaaaahhhhh.....We're seeing all these little quiet nods to Haiji's past and how he views this team as an extension of himself is SO important and all the more heartwrenching...He's just soooo well done as a character. I always want to know MORE about him, and it's so impatient waiting, because I have a feeling we're going to get more, but it's just a matter of time! ^^
