Oh my gosh, YES! This episode SOLD me on the show, and that Haiji may be one of my favorite new characters to come along in an anime -- I can't wait to see how his and Kakeru's relationship develops over this season. ^^

loved your reaction! I’m glad you’re sold with this story and especially Haiji (BEST BOY BEST BOY BEST BOY) I always think of Haiji as this maturer Hinata mixed with Oikawa, someone through shitty circumstance had to put a pause on his passion but has that continuous drive mixed with patience and hard work to finally reach his goals some day. I personally relate to the trying to get people into a club and having to use underhanded tactics to persuade them! 😄 its very real particularly when you need a certain number of people Also I guess it’s worded a lil strangely but at this point Nico has quit smoking. That’s why when he first encounters Yuki he said he was smoking outside, but he then didn’t light up in his room. And when he encounters Kakeru he says “it’s just for a change of pace don’t tell the others” he doesn’t want to draw attention to it I guess just in case he relapses

2021-10-19 04:02:21 YES! OMG, if Haiji is a mix between Hinata and Oikawa, I am going to be sooooo hardcore in love with his character! <3 That has me so excited for future episodes! I'm glad you mention Nico's position -- going back and re-watching the episode, I realized that he had the running shoes and wasn't "actually" smoking -- I've watched Episode 3 and brought that up in the reaction! :) Thank you for bringing that up -- I have a feeling this show is going to be an emotional journey, but I am soooo ready for it! Thanks for watching and commenting!
