I got rid of the bottle and made it obvious Perry was holding the sword, added the gold harness, and the goggles, and the evil magic above Perry's head.  I think he also added the highlights above Billy to make it easier to see him.

Whaddya think? If i give the go ahead, the artist'll start on the detail work.

You know I always knew in my head that Perry was a normal white guy, but in my heart of hearts I always pictured him as having some slightly magical Manitian features. Like a slightly elvish/fae/otherworldly look.

He's been repeatedly described as having inhumanly vibrant green eyes and cheekbones that're slightly too sharp to look normal. Also, he's absolutely ripped under his clothes, but isn't bulky to the point you can see his musculature when he's wearing long sleeves and pants (basically he's a "sleeper build").
