Law crystals? -Artifact? (Patreon)

So every dungeon has a valuable export. Except for this one, which no one has ever returned from. It is also mutated to focus almost all of its effort into creating special rules for how reality works inside the dungeon, rather than make monsters or anything. People wind up killing themselves or starving before they get out.

a thought that occurred to me is that this place has never, ever been harvested, and in a dungeon this highly mutated, it might be growing some unique reality-warping crystals or...something, that could be used to create the MC's next artifact that strains credibility.

So imagine some kind of gem or tiny black hole that could be slotted into an amulet or staff or something that makes all the frogs within 50ft gay. I'm open to ideas, and won't be introducing aforementioned treasure until the 20-21st.

Basically just looking for some kind of powerful synergistic effect that he could get out of this, 'cus why not?

Time dilation crystal?
Plant automatically are self-aware?
Bend space and dual-cast every spell?
*Shrug* mine aren't super great yet.
