Lt. Devin Arkannen II (Patreon)

 A character from a sci-fi setting I have had brewing in my head for a long time. One of the last living members of the the critically endangered human species, Lt. Arkannen was a "tank baby" born 26 years ago in 2376 AD on the Galactic Union breeding station Arakannen (hence the lack of a navel). He was found to have a negligible level of psionic ability and enlisted in the PsiCorp of the Union Navy at a young age, spending most of his life and career living aboard starships. His powers manifect mainly in the form of kinetic melee weapons. He currently serves aboard the Union Star Ship Vigilant.
