Dev Corner: The Social Lobby (Patreon)

This is the late night developer sneaking into the patreon account to post some updates from the deep trenches of production.

So, you may have noticed that ViRo Playspace has a new area with some information on our resident LewdTuber,  Vex Ruby.  The plan for that is to expand the space and showcase all live LewdTuber streams.  It's pretty neat.

That said, it wasn't the only area I developed.  I also worked on the Social Lobby.  This area is where you'll go to register to get a room (Private Space).  Once there, you'll be granted a room keythat you can share with anyone you would like to join you.

What can you do in this room?  Well...I'll leave that up to your imagination, the interesting positions, and the realtime syncing adult toys .  I guess I didn't leave a lot left to the imagination.  Oh well.

In any case, we're doing our best to get out the early adopter version as soon as we can so we can start making rapid updates.

"BUT WAIT, HAVEN'T YOU BEEN PROMISING THIS FOR LIKE...FOREVER?"

Yeah, about that.  We were days away from launching a year ago.  We ended up hitting some roadblocks though.  One was that the networking solution had a big privacy gap (it revealed the IP address of who you were connected to).  This was a deal breaker as privacy is crazy important with online naughty play.

The other issue is that we had to take on several contracts just to keep the lights on.  We're a small team of 8 people and it takes every bit of what we have to keep things going.  Support from people here has gone a long way (seriously, thank you).
