We’ve made a lot of changes at Virtual Romance this last month, mostly inspired by our new User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designer – Bx. UX/UI balances understanding what different users want and what information they need with how each of those users will interact with the system. Her hope is “to create a sexual palace where all those that enter feel safe and taken care of, as if it were personally built for them”.

The first main change that Bx brought in, was a navigational shift. Instead of simply navigating around via menu selection, she implemented an elevator scheme. Different types of activities and interaction intensities are now broken into different levels reachable by a single main elevator. But don’t worry – you’ll never have to wait for a ride, we promise there will always be one waiting. ^.-

This new elevator has allowed us to significantly increase the amount and type of social areas that we will be providing – including a Japanese Garden (no haptics), Zero – G Dance Floor (low haptics), and Roman Sex Temple (high haptics – but still permission based).  These are areas where you can meet and interact with others, or just explore on your own.  While touch is highly encouraged, each user will still have the control to set whatever personal boundaries they want no matter where they are.  More details about these will be in upcoming updates, so keep your eyes peeled.

We are also creating a main lobby area where everyone will land when they first arrive. This lobby area will be an initial place to visit and explore before logging in to Virtual Romance. Once logged in, you will have access to the elevator and other levels. Each lobby area is private, and you will only see other people once you take the elevator to another space.

Whew! Due to so much excitement over all these ideas, we immediately went heads down to start making changes. Unfortunately, when we popped our heads up, we realized that we had totally lost track of time. But NOT our love for you – dear supporters – who we greatly cherish and are hoping to make proud.

Thank you so much again for your continued support - more updates to follow soon!  XOXO

P.S. If you haven't taken our lasted poll (posted yesterday), please take a moment to do so.  Thanks! ^.^
