I have a problem. I have too many ideas in my head and need your help to focus them. So, help me decide on the next few videos. Each of these probably will be done sooner or later, but you can help choose which ones get done first! In no particular order:

Could Batman sue someone who tried to reveal his identity?

This video would be more of a courtroom dramatization focussing on a hypothetical scenario where some villain revealed Batman's secret identity to the public. Could Batman sue that villain for invasion of privacy, or does the public have a right to know? We'll explore a couple legal arguments and leave it up for the comments to decide!

The story of how Superman fought the real-life KKK

This is a topic that has been requested for YEARS, but I've always neglected it because I felt it was common knowledge. But since it seems unfortunately relevant again, I might as well give the video my own go. For those unfamiliar, it's the story of how the Superman radio program was used to fight against the KKK in real life, and I promise it's waaaaay more interesting than I made it out to seem just now.

What exactly are the Avengers Avenging?

Simple question, but what's the answer? Throughout comics, cartoons, and movies, the Avengers don't really seem to have a cohesive explanation for who or what they are specifically Avenging. So, we'll look at examples throughout each medium and see if we can cobble together an answer to a question most people might not think to ask.

Guess I was too slow on the vote, but they all sound great and my #1 pick was top voted.

Just a thing with the Batman video - suing for invasion of privacy would probably require Bruce Wayne to admit that he's Batman. But suing for defamation of character would give him all sorts of room to deny it (and would make a lot of sense in the versions of Gotham City where Batman is considered a dangerous, violent criminal).
