I'm starting a series on taking small steps toward big changes. It's an often requested topic that always felt daunting to try to cover in one or two videos. So I'm spacing it out, giving it more breathing room, in hopes that it can be a bit more digestible and useful that way.

Part one is about naming the goal. What does change literally look like? I use five hypothetical examples as a through-line for the framework, but I don't cover every possible angle for the examples, so please don't use them as comprehensive case studies. Rather, Im just using them as a brief "for instance" way to show the framework in practice.

As always, this is based on what's worked for me, so hopefully it can be of service to you. Please only take whatever applies to your situation.
