Updates to Goals and Tiers! (Patreon)

Hello, my lovely Vees! I'm here to let everyone know that there's been some changes to the goals and tiers, namely removing and reworking some goals as well as tier rewards.

In regards to the changes to goals, there will no longer be a goal that will unlock guaranteed sketch commissions. I've come to the conclusion that this would most likely cause me more stress than I'd be able to handle, so I have deleted that goal and shifted the others as follows:

* The $750 goal has been deleted completely.

* The $300 goal now unlocks the weekly Patron request streams instead of the $500 goal.

* The $500 goal now unlocks the monthly public request streams instead of the $750 goal.

As for the tiers, the new changes now reflect the changes made to the $300 goal. Instead of the streams being open to every Patron under $50, the benefit is now only given to Ivyvees. This is to not only incentivize people to join the higher tier, but to also avoid any potential overload on my part.
