Great plans (Patreon)

I have been looking at Martin Madrazo ranch for a long time. Still, I decided to test my abilities and port this location, I was even more interested in the courtyard around the house than in the house itself, the interior there is very poor and not of very high quality, it was made literally for a couple of cut-scenes. I plan to replace a lot with models from "cayo perico" and Michael's house, there are very similar styles. There is also one unfinished mod that adds additional rooms, I also plan to use it (they are displayed on the video).

I plan to treat this location as an apartment building in December. The house itself and its updated interior for $1-$2 subscribers. Courtyard, pool, patio, etc. - $5-$6. If I do not meet any serious problems and there is enough time left, then I will also capture everything else, i.e. cattle pens, water tower, etc.

I remind you that I am not a robot and cannot work 24/7, so I may encounter some engine imperfections, which sometimes take three days to solve.
