Hello. It was not an easy project and an interesting experience. A lot of things were just thrown into the trash, I ported various models, then I saw that they were completely inappropriate. As a result, when I saw that I wouldn't be able to do anything at all, I started using gta v models, in the end it turned out pretty good.

I created 8 versions of this map (it was a hell of a day). 4 versions for SFM and 4 versions for Gmod. 

For subscribers $1-$2 only the house itself with the interior decoration of a flat meadow of grass (day/night x SFM+GMOD).  LINK 

For subscribers of $5-$6, I also built an outer courtyard, I did not have time to complete it, it is better not to look outside the fence, there are just decorations so that there is an acceptable view from the windows of the house. (day/night x SFM+GMOD)  LINK

The maps seem to work flawlessly in both gmod and sfm without additional fixes.

For SFM users, type ent_fire mirror_* toggle in the console to activate all mirrors. Also do not forget that mirrors are NOT FRIENDLY with AO !!!

mmmh, i'm a bit dissapointed, had to "Mat_Specular 0;BuildCubeMaps" to disable some annoying coloured dots all over the map, will it be fixed in the future ? :) cause the house and surroundings are awesome <3

As much as I like this map, the sfm version doesn't seem very optimized. Just loading in the map without any models spawned causes the memory usage to range from 2k-3k which just causes sfm to crash often when you open the model viewer. It kinda limits what you can do on it in terms of scene building around it and possibly saving your renders at 4K which also crashed on me with every attempt once the memory got to over 3K.

hey ik its old. when i have lights on it seems to mess up the draw distance. custom lights i mean.

Like when i place a light it looks like the skybox is taking up the space. Like a draw distance type deal where there is a fogm the closer I get it renders it

Which version? $1/$5 ? Night ? Day? Why should I fish out information bit by bit?

i didnt mean to annoy. its a non issue at this point. and im using the highest tier version of the map with the optimization for the night map. dunno if you will care to look now, but the water in the hot tub does not render at all. wondering if there can be a fix. when you place the camera in the water the effect is there. but outside it looks empty.

This is one of the SFM bugs that I could not overcome. For some reason, the water surface starts to render somewhere at a level of 10 units lower than the actual water level.

is it possible to remove it in the hot tub? that way i can place the tf2 water model in it. or the some what water model. understandably its just one thing so i understand if that's a no
