To be honest, I am terribly tired of GTA V and of the direct ports of the levels. I have plans, yes, yes, again, to port one house from the Unreal Marketplace, it appears quite often in many games, both on UE and Unity.

But I'm not going to make a direct port, but just take the house as a basis, but come up with rooms, textures of walls, floors, furnishings myself, so to speak, show a little imagination.

It will be something like a classic 2-storey American building. Perhaps I will also add a courtyard around.

About the night version of the gta v penthouse map. Everything is very bad, if the global sun in the daytime version more or less illuminated the huge models of the walls of the terrace, then when I started placing light sources, it turned out that these walls stand out very much and do not look beautiful. I don't know what the fate of this version is. Maybe I'll come back to her again.

Or you will have to wait for Source 2 (s&box). Then I can do a lot more.

If everything does not go according to plan, I will make the first Franklin house)))

It would be awesome to get that house from UE marketplace! Thank you for your continued hard work! '-'=b

https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/product/hq-residential-house It seems he was somewhere else for Unity. Personally, I check free offers every month, this was one of them.

That looks very nice. Have you thought about working on a gym after this?

There are few examples. We need some specific photos. In general, I did not plan to build a whole sports complex, rather some one or two rooms with various equipment, treadmills and mirrors...

That's totally okay, i personally love the GTA V stuff and hope to see more of them, but i love these ideas you have of your own builds of houses, really great idea and really excited to see those! One question: have you thought of doing more prop packs? Those are pretty handy and i'd imagine quicker than doing maps
