284 decor models for penthouse gta v (Patreon)

Hello. All the same, I made up my mind and made all the existing models that the player can place in his penthouse. There are a lot of different pictures, figurines, plants, flowers and other little things. I didn't expect it to take me a whole week! Many models have multiple skins (except pictures).

I myself did not place these models on the map, I think everyone is free to choose where and which models will be located, I think it was a good idea to release these models in a separate pack.

Models fit both Garry's Mod and Source Filmmaker. Feel free to let me know if any textures are missing. There are 470 different materials here, I might have forgotten something.
