I just want to answer at once all the questions that I think a lot of people had when I laid out almost the same map from 2017.

In 2017, I tried to port something from gta v for the first time. This was my very first experience. I didn't know anything about the model and texture formats of this game at all. I had no idea where all these interiors are. I almost randomly searched for each model, driving new queries into the OpenIV search.

The game has separate archives with low quality textures, and for the PC / PS4 / XBOX One version. I also did not know about it and how you can see, for example, on books (in the video) there is a terrible quality texture.

Also, three years were not in vain, I learned a lot about working with models and the Source engine. I saw what I did in 2017 shocked me. I was obliged to make an updated version and now I got a chance.

As you know, I have already made quite a few versions of custom apartments within Patreon. There are eight of them in the game. Seven of them are already ready, and the seventh and eighth are exactly the version that I liked in 2017.

Basically, the map was made in the framework of a series of "all styles" + was updated and translated into a new resource pack.

All projects since the failed Eclipse Towers project use the same base of models and textures. I no longer divide them into different folders with the name of the project or map, because they are repeated in many places.

Don't worry, this month you will find another eighth style and maybe something else if I have time.

I planned to make future updates already for subscribers of $5+, so I still need to do something for those who subscribed to $1 and $2. I will slowly make this map "in the background" until I promise anything.

It's a pity, but not everyone shared my desire to make the first Franklin house ... What can I do, I have to obey. The next project is the Franklin House (which is on the hills). I have no idea how to implement the view from the window and the surroundings ... the whole city is visible there ... I decided to make another comparison video, so as not to explain every time what has changed and why this version of the map was released. The fact is that now on Patreon I am making a series of maps, where all styles (8 in total) of the player's custom apartments from GTA Online are present. I already made 7 out of 8. This map was just in line and required updating, in three years I almost completely mastered the resources of the game and created a new base of gta v models, which is universal for all my recent and future projects. I no longer want to separate models and textures into separate folders with the name of the project or map. Now everything is common, it's easier for me and others. No more incomprehensible system names from gta v, I cut off all prefixes in the names, I no longer use the _high prefix (this is the designation of the maximum lod in gta). In general, this card should not be considered completely new. It's just slightly updated, everything is located here as in the original and all models are new.
