Kep1er can sing live (Seen in The Boys) but they did not sing live because they couldn't perform live! The main vocalist was rushed to the hospital before the actual performance. They record the entire thing a couple of times for rehearsal and fan cams before the actual live performance, and so that's what you saw.

I kept forgetting to come back and comment lol. I was watching Ace fuming the whole time and couldn't help but laugh because this is why mnet shows are the bane of my existence. You get so many excellent stages, but it's still mnet and their overlydramatic editing. The final episode when it comes to voting is never accurate because it includes 'live' voting. As in, people who are watching the show in real time at home can vote, and the voting starts before any of the performances have been seen. They've heard the song, because the tracks drop a week before and the streaming numbers count towards the final score, too. The numbers I really want to see are the in-person audience voting numbers because they saw it all in their face and the power of Hyolyn and Loona's performances, regardless of them singing live or not, probably got them a lot of in-person votes [if they voted after the performances].

Did you skip all the performances from episode 8 and 9? I can't find them, wanted to at least see WJSN's Pantomime.

MNET evil edits so much on these shows. It’s what they are known for. It’s why so many people hate their shows. Half the time the fans could be looking at or doing something else and they will edit it to make it look like someone hates someone or something. If you actually find fancams of people that have been to the show you will see their are way more live performances than you know. Brave girls sang live every week…including the week all of them had Covid and poor Minyoung hit a really bad note. It was edited to make it seem like it was not bad. I really wish you all would have watch the entire episodes of the show. There were so many amazing things that you did not get to see behind the scenes that put so many of these performances into perspective throughout the show. ☺️ Also…Brave Girls did not get first place because of that reason. Brave Girls has a big Korean fan following and the song they sang has incredible lyrics in Korean. I watched Korean reactors who watched the show and they were sobbing through that performance. PD also explained it as well. It was very special to Korean fans. I think we should also remember that tons of the people who vote are younger and they choose to vote for people closer to their age/their favorite groups. At the end of the day..this show did wonderful things for everyone involved. It brought in new fans for everyone. .
