I remember my first EXO MV was Growl but Mama was the first song I heard on like...some random Kpop station on Apple radio. But yeah- this video and song are pretty intense. I still love listening to the song but from what I remember, it wasn’t everyone’s favorite lol. Still, I agree, quite a debut 😂

Yeah Mama was a heck of a debut! That's why they are one of the most powerful kpop groups from SM.

Please react to the Mandarin version now to see the other members. The videos are meant to intersect together. Remember in the beginning of the video it said 2 worlds combined. This debut song represented Exo K (korea) and Exo M (China) Towards the end of the video you see the Exo k members shooting their powers out/through mirrors, and up and then you see the Exo M members receiving those powers etc. Please watch the Exo M version as well so you can see it all in effect 🙏❤️ I love your reactions so much

I watch them from teaser 1, Kai. I remember how excited I was. Btw, they gave good messages in this song. Have sometimes to search the translate video please.

I remember when they debuted. The "pre-debut" tracks What is Love (one of my fave k-pop songs ever) and History made me give them a chance but when I heard this actual debut I was like what the hell lol. It's just not my style. This song grew on me eventually because I really stepped away from the instrumentation and focused on their vocals. They sang their butts off so props for that. I'm glad I stuck around as a fan because Exo's catalog of music is one of my favorites.

Kai kept his teleportation powers in the Jopping MV. Baekhyun kept his power of light in his solos, City LIGHTS and DeLlGHT. Chanyeol kept his fire power in the Obsession MV.
