The thing is, solos for all the girls were promised in a statement made by yg after jennie's dropped. Rosé says in interviews and in lives on social media that she was working on it over a year ago, but nothing has come out bc YG doesn't care. Poor girl was so excited about it too. She left her country as a kid to be a singer so I doubt she doesn't want to release music. She has been releasing covers as gifts for fans. Also YG is known for lying in his promises, so its understandable that the fans are fed up. Other than that, the girls have said in concert and interviews that they hope to be releasing music, "finger crossed" they say. But solving this problem is not as simples as asking them what they want bc they don't have that control and can't really go against YG. The demands on the list are nothing but the regular things every idol does but BP doesn't for some reason. Fans just don't want them ending up like 2N1E or going to the famous YG "dungeon" for too long anymore. In korea these kpop companies do listen to fans if there is a mass effort, depending on the issue.

Good points! On the one hand I do think fans are too demanding as far as trying to map out someone's whole career but on the other hand YG is so slow at everything & breaks so many promises that you oftentimes have to shame them just to get any answers about things. My guess is 2020 will be the same as 2019. One mini-album with probably four or five songs (with one of those being a remix) in a few months and that's it. MAYBE one of the member's solos too but that will be the last solo we'll see. So those are just my random predictions.

The thing for me is that yes the girls need a comeback, but it's not like they are not out there working. They recently sold out Tokyo Dome on the same night as MAMA that is huge. Their tours in Thailand have sold out as well. We know the turmoil that is going on in YGE.
