The other dancer is Sugawara Koharu, she is a Japanese choreographer and SHE IS AMAZING!!

The female dancing partner is Koharu Sugawara, she's Japanese and she choreographed Goodbye (Sayonara Hitori in Japanese) along with Taemin's Move (she was in the MV), Flame of Love, and SHINee's Good Evening. The show is called Hit the Stage, Taemin only appeared for episodes 1-2. Ten was a contestant here as well and he stayed for more episodes.

Koharu also choreographed "Want" and she and Taemin are very close, she calls him brother and he has said that she knows him so well she helps him express himself through the choreos. That's one of the reasons why they are so in sync. She's a top global dancer and choreographer, she's worked with Rihanna, among others, too.

Glad you enjoyed it and great reaction as always. Like others have commented, Koharu, the other performer is a very well-reputed Japanese choreographer and she choreographed"Good Bye" "Move" "Want" for Taemin, all of which have become so iconic in kpop dance and koharu definitely helped Taemin to explore his own unique style of dancing. Taemin asked her to choreograph "Good Evening" for Shinee. She choreographed the dance in a way that the members do not look at the camera directly, instead they sing and dance toward the inside of their circle like Shinee performing for Shinee themselves introspectively.
