Thank you for your continued support and belief in the Dream, my friend! So many Rank Ups! I'm honestly shocked that so many were just waiting for the chance to promote! Perhaps I should ask every month or two about the state of things and how our group feels about Promotions. If this many people have just been waiting for a chance for Captain, I have to wonder how many might be waiting for a spot in either the General or Legendary General Tiers.
