Expanded General Tier and Legendary General Tier! (Patreon)

Alright friends and fans, I've done a minor expansion of the Support General Tier and the Legendary General Tier!

Mostly I added numbers to make them odd numbered, that way we can never have a deadlock on the Tier Reward Polls as they happen!

If you've been wanting to Rank Up to either of these two Tiers, now's the time! They won't be expanding anymore for the foreseeable future!
