Hello friends and fans! I'm once again allowing you all to exercise your perks as my patrons and help me decide on the course of the story!

I've been working on Chapter 10 and hope to have it out tonight for your reading enjoyment! But I've been thinking about what kind of new Pokémon Ash and Misty could capture on their new Route through Kanto. More specifically what, if anything, they might catch along my self created Route 49 and Route 50. These two new Routes go North of Pewter City and Mt. Moon before leading to Cerulean City.

Please vote on which Pokémon you would like to see captured or if you'd prefer no new Pokémon just yet. If you have another suggestion feel free to leave it in the comments!

Hard call, Sneasel is dope but they're dark/ice and don't really play up misty's water type specialty but I like it so much more than Wooper or Bibarel(does anyone even like Bibarel?). For Ash it's an easy enough choice, Phanpy evolves into Donphan who I love. The only way I'd pick Sandshrew over it is if he got a shiny one because Shiny Sandslash is awesome looking.

When travelling northward Ice Types appear in most games. Plus even Specialists have Pokémon not of their Type in their teams. So a Sneasel sounded like a fun idea for Misty. Incidentally I actually played through Pearl Version the first time with a Bibarel on the team. It was actually decent once I got it to around level 40. Plus I think beavers are adorable little water rodents! But I can't see them coming to much farther south in this AU world I'm making so if Misty is to catch one she'll have to do it while they're travelling Route 50.
