Hey friends and fans I have another potential deviation from canon that I'd like your help with.

Since everyone of the cast is between 4 or 5 years older should Brock travel with Ash and Misty or should he be well on his way to being a Pokémon Doctor by now? Since Ash and Misty both know how to cook and care for their Pokémon, Brock's main role is already taken care of. Plus his advice in canon was mostly stuff that should have been known to anyone that had a Trainer License. In Aura Heart to get a License you do have to know all of this stuff before you can own Pokémon. So what do you all think?

I have plans that can be used both if he does travel with them or if he doesn't.

Keep in mind that relationship development between Ash and Misty would have to change a bit in response to a new traveling partner.
