Our boy is literally "turning the other cheek" Cnute showing that, even as king, he can't control the tides, is the most famous thing about the real king so i was wondering how they were going to incorporate it. Needless to say, it didn't happen in a battle over a farm. It's usually said he did it to show his men how much he loves god; I don't think anyone has proposed the show's interpretation, that he's declaring rebellion against god like he's Satan from paradise lost xD

And the pacing hasn’t bothered me, but it does remind me of the Chimera Ant arc as far as that goes, and I could see some people getting frustrated- I do think the ability to binge would fix that for most, but I could be wrong
