A look at new shows coming up, plus other schedule notes.

1) Succession ends next Wed, June 7th. The series finale rough cut is almost 2 hours so its probably going to clock in at 90 minutes easy. Because of how that will tax my memory budget, giving me less room for other shows, I'm going to be taking a week off before starting the next show on Tier 2.

2) Yellowjackets, the Succession replacement, will begin on Wed, June 21st.  The first 3 episodes will hit Tier 4 early access on Monday, June 20th as I'll be using a lot of that week's memory budget to kickstart that show.

3) The Champloo replacement, Kaguya-sama: Love is War, begins on Thursday, June 8th. Early access will begin before Sunday's memory changeover.

4) I did a poll for which show would immediately replace Peaky Blinders on Tier 3 when it ends on August 4th. Barry Season 4 won that vote so it will start on Friday August 11th. That ends on Sept 1st. Which means Black Mirror Season 6 will begin on Sept 8th.

5) So I guess the only open question before us for now is what show will replace Vinland Saga when Season 2 is done in a couple weeks. Any ideas?  I wonder if I should do anime movies for a while? Kind of a change of pace. If I did that, it would be biweekly for memory space reasons.  We'd still have the weekly series on Thursdays and Mondays could be the movie corner.

If not that, then I'd want to do a short run series, something in the neighborhood of 20-50 episodes.  Drop your suggestions for either idea below.

Anime movie reactions would be great! I'd suggest Vampire Hunter D (2000) and Redline (2009)

An anime movie I have watched and really liked is Your Name- eventually I’ll get around to watching more of the movies, or watch them with you. I haven’t watched them, but there are some Hunter x Hunter movies that might be enjoyable, not sure how canon they are in regards to the manga, but I know you like to watch it all if it involves characters you like. Maybe someone here has seen them and can say if they’re worth watching.

Hunter x hunter movies are not cannon at all they are basically hunter x hunter 2011 fillers but still fun to spend time with our favorite characters
