We did see Historia in episode 28, Eren was shown discussing his plan with her, and she didn’t agree with it, and brought up “What if I get pregnant” so that she couldn’t become a Titan for the time being etc, I don’t remember all the details, but he mentioned erasing all the memories of people again once it’s done so that she (and anyone else I guess) wouldn’t have to live with the guilt of knowing what he’s done to the world. I would have thought though that we would have seen more of her through all of this, but I think that for the most part she’s been treated like a figure head, having some influence and say in things, but not being aggressive or authoritarian or whatever you’d want to call it with ruling the island, seeming to leave most of the major decisions to the leaders already in place in the military (Zachary, Pyxis, Nile, Hange, etc), which I think makes sense given how young and inexperienced she is with it all, and the incredibly daunting issues they’re facing regarding the outside world and trying to forge their place in it.

We’ll be seeing the final part later this year (maybe in the Fall I’d guess), so it will be a while before there’s more. Some things you could catch up on in the meantime as time allows for are some extras like Gigguk’s AoT in 9 minutes and the remaining OVAs/OADs. Honestly, I think watching the OVAs from their cadet training years now would maybe be more meaningful/nostalgic- remembering characters no longer with us and the days where things were a whole lot simpler (before people even knew about Titan shifters, and that pure titans were the least of their worries)

I guess she is just a figurehead. That's too bad, i really liked her character and thought she had a lot of initiative.
