Another actor here died in September 2017 as Twin Peaks The Return was running...Harry Dean Stanton, the owner of the Fat Trout Trailer Park in Fire Walk With Me (where the agent disappeared) and here the owner of the NEW Fat Trout Trailer Park who comforted that woman after her son was run over. To answer your question, I don't think it's the same trailer park because the impression was that given Richard Horne running into the girl with coffee from the diner as he was exiting the scene of the crime, that this was close to Twin Peaks.......where Teresa Banks was murdered was not that close to Twin Peaks...but the two trailer parks have very similar names and the same owner......Also, I think almost all of the songs performed at the end of these shows at the Roadhouse were either new or not well-known
