cato and cicero are also pretty big names, Pullo and Vorenus where 2 Soldiers named in some reports of Ceasar so they took them as the characters to guide us through the world. Ceasar betrayed you :D think i didnt fall for him on this not like many other times :)

I want Ceaser's "i can turn any enemy into a friend" thing to work, but I know about the Et Tu Brute stuff =/ I tend to think Ceaser IRL was honest about forgiving his enemies, but we can't really know; if he was killing them secretly like in this show, we wouldn't know, because it was secret! I dunno what the roman trial system was like but they definitely had juries, because they're constantly complaining about having to go on jury duty in the sources - some things never change xD

It reminds me of how people always say Robert Kraft is a "bridge builder" and how I never trust people with that label even though the world needs people like this.
